We are pleased to share the good news that for the second time this academic year, as a result of the fruitful collaboration between Alfred Nobel University and the University Savoie Mont Blanc (Chambery, France), one more third-year student majoring in Philology and enrolled in the +F programme at our University has been awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship to study in France during the first semester of the upcoming academic year.
Just three years ago, Yelyzaveta Turska did not speak French at all. She began learning French from scratch in the first year at ANU as part of the +F programme and is now one of the top students in this programme.
Last year, she joined the Summer School French Holidays in the Alps, in the fall she obtained the international DELF B1 certificate in French, submitted her documents for the Erasmus+ competition, and received support from the Department of European and Oriental Languages and Translation, the Centre for Francophone Programmes, and the French partner university.
Currently, Yelyzaveta is preparing for a new trip to France as part of the Summer European School Strasbourg – 2024 and for studying in France next semester.
We sincerely congratulate our scholarship recipient, Yelyzaveta Turska, on successfully passing the selection competition and wish her further success in her studies and reaching new heights in her French language skills!
We would like to remind everyone that such opportunities are open to all students of our University who speak French or learn it within the +F programme!
