On April 4, 2024, Alfred Nobel University students had a meeting in English with distinguished speakers from UNFPA. The meeting was organized at the initiative of the Department of Foreign Languages. Anna Kopala, UNFPA PSEA National Coordinator, and Sofia Kornieyeva, UNFPA GBV Policy Associate, touched upon the topical topic of "UNFPA work in Ukraine on prevention and addressing of gender-based and domestic violence". What is gender-based and domestic violence? Where to go for help if necessary? What are the methods of combating this problem? Students received detailed answers to these and other questions during the meeting.
